Had a great experience yesterday at Ashley's furniture thanks to Sue, our sales rep. She worked hard to get us what we wanted at an affordable price. I never felt pressured by Sue to up sell me on anything. She explained everything and allowed me to make the decision on what would be best for us.
My wife and I went in for a master bedroom set. We were welcomed by Teon who asked a few basic questions and then pointed us in the right direction. He allowed us to browse by our selves and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when needed.
We are both very happy with our experience and will go back when more furniture is needed.
I selected a few couches online and went in store to see them in person. They had 2 of the 3 BUT not one employee came up to me to ask if I was interested or needed help and I was in the store for over 30 minutes and it was not busy at all. Didn't matter, I will buy the couch online since the prices in store were way higher. Store was very clean and set up well, just sad no employees came up to me.
