Bobby was recommended to me by a friend and I realized quickly why. I was looking for a diamond necklace and both him and his wife were great at helping me pick out a quality stone and custom built bezel for a great price. Bobby was very helpful in talking through the options and what I could expect. I was on a time crunch and they quickly got this done and mailed to me within a few days! Although I was hesitant about the purchase without seeing it in person I was thrilled when I saw it. Bobby had taken on board all my likes/dislikes to create a perfect final piece. Would highly recommend Roberts to any of my friends and family!

When you receive a call from one of the Staff asking if you were satisfied with your purchase and overall experience,You know it is more about the customer satisfaction and not the amount you spent. Remember,it may look like a store that only caters to certain clients,but once you enter everyone will make you feel at home.
When it came time to selecting wedding bands, they actually custom made one to match the engagement ring. It's a perfect fit, looking like they were made for each other. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

I bought my Michele watch from Roberts a few years ago... Recently I went in to get my battery changed and inquire about another watch. The "Store Manager" was RUDE and when I confronted her with how I felt she became even nastier. Needless to say, I will never step foot back in that establishment. She should NEVER work with customer service that is for sure.
