I went in for a pedicure and gel manicure. Christina did good on my pedicure. She did my manicure as well. One of my nails was breaking while she was painting them. I asked her to cut it, she said after she finish. Before she completely finished my nails she got up and walked away, never said anything to me, and never came back. Another girl came over to finish and had no clue what she was doing. Gel polish always last me never chip. My polish was chipping 3 days later. Nails were really dull. Come to find out they had never put a top clear coat, which caused them all to chip. A few days later when I got the chance to go back in, they wanted to charge me for they're mistake. Worst customer service ever!
I walked in at 7:02pm and asked for a pedicure (They close at 8pm)... I was told "we're busy, can you come back tomorrow"... I went to Pinkys Nails down the street.
Very unhappy with my manicure . I left looking like she painted my nails with puff paint !
I enjoy my time there. They don't play 90s+ music much so iy is a relaxing time for me. I rarely have any issues with polish.
I had a nice pedicure. Then I asked for acrylic pink and white over my own nails....cost $70. I think the price is terrible and the girl who did the mani didn't even spend 20 minutes. Walked away while my nails were under the lights and told me I was done! The place looked dirty as well. Never going back!
