I've been a member for 11 years, love it here! Gym is always clean, new machines every so often, and trainers rock! And open 24 hours!
Island is a meat market but it is also a well maintained facility with valuable pricing, flexible hours and multiple convenient locations. Just wear headphones and put on blinders and you're all good.
Great place to workout and this gym is 24 hours so you can come amytime. Only drawback is that it can get busy between 5 and 9 pm but that shows its popularity.
The the early morning hours suit me best; 3-4 AM, less busy and a faster work out. Friendly and welcoming staff.
I work out at this gym and everytime I get there I'm greeted and gym is always clean.
