My Galaxy S5 charge port was broken and I found their, very user-friendly, website to schedule an appointment to get it fixed, for a nice price, that same day. It turned out he needed to order a new part, but he lent me a second battery and his special charge tool [picture of second battery and charge tool included]for free, so that I wouldn't be without my phone for a few days. When I returned I dropped my phone off and he had it all fixed in about an hour, and I even got $10 off for scheduling an appointment through their website! Overall great experience and awesome customer service.

So, my husband just bought the wrong battery and had to return it. No problem with that. He paid $90. for it. When he returned home, we went online to find the one he needs because B and B did not have it. While looking for the correct battery, we stumbled across the one he returned. The exact same battery he had just returned for $90. is sold by Walmart for $34.00!!!!!! I'm glad Batteries and Bulbs DIDN'T have the one he needs after all. Do your homework. Lesson learned!
The people at this store are great, needed batteries for a wheelchair, they had them in stock and even came to my house to install them. would highly recommend this store in Northfield, NJ Professionalism at its best! Thank You again, Jeff and Matt.
Great store and very helpful staff. I have been here several times ... they fixed my wife’s broken screen on her iPhone and I got a great deal on some 9V batteries for our business. Prices are fair and the service is excellent.
