I would always encounter very nice people at firestone but I'm giving them 1 star because they have AWFUL service. I want to point out that I've given this place a few chances. Not the first time... I only go there when I know repairs will be expensive and I have 6 months to pay off their credit car. Unfortunately, even with that perk I will no longer take my car there. I brought my car in at 9 am on a Saturday with an appointment and they were very nice , asked me when I need the car back . Being nice, I said no particular time but that I needed it back that day before they close. 4 pm comes around and I still did not get one phone call about what was wrong with my car. So I called and they didn't even know and had to call me back ! 24 hours later it is ready. It was a 2 hour job ! I won't be going back.
Very nice customer service. Joseph was very helpful and friendly. Good prices and options here too. I came here to get a new tire.
The people here are friendly and always know what to do with my vehicle. Especially in a timely manner.
North field was faster than Williamstown nj. The management is awesome
Bought tires for my car this past summer. That very night one of the tires was flat. They gave me a free oil change. That was nice of them. At the end of the summer we cashed in on the oil change. This past week we took it in for another oil change at Jiffy Lube. This where we normally go. They told us we hadn't change the oil since March 2017. The Jiffy Lube oil filter was still in the car with the date it was changed. I not recommend this company to anyone.
