I wish there was a zero star. Let me start out by saying I have trusted these guys for the last six years and recommended them to everyone I know. Back when they were on the corner of Fire Rd. and Tilton Rd. they were very honest and reasonable. But now I will never EVER go back to this place. I brought my car back in January to have a coolant leak fixed. They flushed the systems and told me to come back a couple of days later. My car started idling so I brought it back only for them to say they would replace the hoses and flush the system. I said you just flushed the system two days ago (90$). That should have been my first sign.

But to top it all off after spending over a thousand dollars I called Pearl to express my displeasure and was told they do not have time to check over all of their work and would not have seen the rot without specifically looking for it. Did not offer to refund any money and did not seem to care that not only was I out a lot of money but that it was a major safety issue. To put it into perspective I am not a mechanic by any means but here is a picture of the rot RIGHT BEHIND THE TIRE THEY REPLACED:

Finally to cap it all off I bring my car to a different place to get the radiator and strut looked at and within 10 minutes they call me to say "You cannot drive this car any longer. The frame of your entire car (right next to the tires and bearings Pearl literally just replace not two weeks ago) was rotted and cracked. They said it is not worth even attempting to drive it anymore and asked for no money in return for checking everything. Strike three.

Never had a bad experience here always find the problem n takes care of it...will not go to anywhere else. The price is always right!!! Our family has be going here for many years Kevin n his team r great!!!!

Three months later I take my car in knowing I needed front bearings and asked for a tune-up and two new tires. They quote me at just over $1,000 which given everything was reasonable but I stressed that this was the most I wanted to spend and they assured me everything else seemed in order. I go to pick up the car and they inform me I need a front strut and should get both done for $500. They also let me know that the radiator valve had a crack where the hose connects but assured me it was safe to drive. So a few days later I am driving on the expressway and my car dies. Well the hose came completely off and was spewing anti-freeze everywhere. Strike two.

All I can say is these guys did an EXCELLENT job for me. My 2002 Lexus had soft brakes and low beam headlight did not work. My local Sunoco station told me it was the master cylinder ($800 to replace!) and the headlight bulb and ballast ($1,000 to replace!!!). So I went to the local Lexus service center in EHT, where they told me I needed a disk and drum grind job to "get rid of rust" for $1,100, and they replaced my headlight bulb (for $220), which went out again the moment I drove off of the lot that evening.... When I returned to Lexus to have them fix it right, they then told me it was not the bulb but a "computer that operates the bulb" and graciously offered to replace it the part for "cost" which they said was $350, and they would eat the $300 labor cost because they made a mistake. Still not satisfied, I asked for a refund of the incorrect work on my headlight, and drove three blocks to Pearl in EHT. Not only did Al at Pearl CORRECTLY diagnose my brake problem (a bad brake caliper, NOT master cylinder or rust on the disks/drums), but he fixed it for $240. So much for the other service station's $800 and Lexus's $1,100. And regarding the HID headlight, they offered to install the HID ballast if I got the part, which I did over the Internet for $135. They installed it while I waited, for less than $100. SIMPLY PUT, PEARL SAVED THE DAY. This kind of good service is hard to find, and they earned my business. Keep it up AL!!!
